Garment Care Instructions:
- Avoid drying your synthetic leather shoes in direct sunlight, as this may fade their colour.
- Avoid wearing the same pair of shoes consecutively for days. After wearing your shoes for an entire day, give them a day off to air out.
- While travelling always pack your shoes in shoe bags. This will protect them and your clothes from soiling.
- Clean synthetic leather footwear with a mixture of warm water and mild dish/hand soap, applied gently by hand. Spot-treat stains as needed to keep your shoes looking good, and wipe them down with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust. Stains become stronger over time and hence tougher to take off.
- To maintain the quality of this product we recommended you get hold of a suede cleaner to use on stubborn stains and always use a very soft cloth rag, a slightly dampened cloth designed for use on suede and protect from damp conditions. You can use a rubber eraser to gently remove dirt, scuffs and smudges on even your most delicate pair of kicks.
- To maintain these characteristics we recommend you protect them from water and humidity, keeping them away from heat sources and keep them in their protective dustbag. To clean this, squeeze a mild hand wash onto a soft towel and gently rub the shoes until the dirt begins to wear off. Let your shoes dry overnight and they’ll soon be as shiny as new.
- Our shoes are made with embroideries created by hand and any differences and irregularity are the result of the uniqueness of artisanal work. Take your item to a professional dry cleaner if the embroidery needs thorough cleaning.

How do you ship?
- Customer satisfaction is the most important so we will work with the best shipping partners. However, the shipping partners may not be fixed as well as the shipping time may be changed.
Usually there are 2 main shipping methods we use:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
Note:
- Sometimes, with some shoe models, Express Shipping method of shipping partners will not be available. We will send you an email to notify about it.
- In addition, there are some areas with limited delivery, we will update these areas soon so you can know if you are in that area or not.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- The products will be produced after your order is paid. This process on average for all products will take 5 - 10 business days. Some products may take longer or faster.
- As soon as the product is finished manufacturing, we will quickly take it to the shipping partners to get it to you soon. The average shipping time will be 5 - 8 business days for express shipping and 12 - 20 business days for standard shipping with all products. This process will depend on the carrier.
Note:
- Our business days are Monday through Friday.
- Specific production and delivery times for each product will be provided by us in the description of that product.
- We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
- You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way, accompanied with it is a shipping tracking code. You can use it to check the current position of the order.
What are my shipping cost options?
We use flat shipping rate of:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for first item and $3.99 for additional item
- Express Shipping: $15.99 for first item and $8.99 for additional item
- Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders from $199
Late Deliveries
Our shipping partners will try their best to ensure you receive your order on time, however occasional delays do occur. AOE Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:
- Incorrect Address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Missing Item Policy
- Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!
